CHOICE of Vienna

Edition 2 / 24. August 2017

Selected Viennese companies and cultural institutions that meet the highest quality criteria and production standards with their products and services are readily identifiable by the quality label “Wien Products”.

When in 1995 the Economic Chamber of Vienna created the umbrella brand “Wien Products”, the reasons were clear: selected companies and cultural institutions from Vienna should be supported in their exports. Currently 54 excellent companies have received this “seal”, which has a successful track record to show.
Products or services which are deemed as part of “Wien Products” must meet the highest quality requirements and production standards while also encompassing the unique flair and special aesthetics of Vienna. In order to ensure an exact classification, the members are divided into several groups.
“Delicacies” propagates “a city to enjoy”, “Culture” conveys “living tradition”, “Jewelry” shows “the valuable sides of the city”, “Style” is “rich in tradition, modern, timeless” – and “Living” presents “everything which forms Viennese flair”. With this edition, “Very Vienna” introduces five prime examples of “Wien Products” to you.
